weddingtiarasandjewellery.co.uk is a trading name for Lourene Ltd
Firstly let me thank you for taking the time to read our terms and conditions. These conditions are aimed at protecting our customers and enable a happy shopping experience.
PRIVACY POLICY
Here at Lourene Ltd your privacy is paramount.
As such we do NOT give any of your details out to any third party.
We are required by the Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998 to follow strict procedures to protect customer information.
We do not share information that you provide with any other company.
You can rest assured that none of your details will be passed to bridal lists and that all personal information sensitive or otherwise given to us through this website will only be held and used with care and in accordance with this policy and the Data Protection Act 1998.
Our correspondence is on a personal level and is on a one-to-one basis.
PAYMENT
Lourene Ltd accepts the following payment methods:
Google Checkout on their secure servers
PAYPAL on their secure servers
Cheques made payable to Lourene Ltd
Bank Transfer
Payment must be received before goods are made and dispatched.
Goods remain the property of Lourene Ltd until payment has been made in full.
DISPATCH
We do not carry stock items. All items are completely handmade at the time of ordering. Please allow three weeks for completion of your order, although this can take longer in busy periods.
Our orders are sent via Recorded or Special delivery to give you peace of mind with proof of postage and you can use online tracking to check the status of your order. We will send you an email with dispatch confirmation on the day of postage with your order tracking number.
If you are in doubt about dispatch times please email us directly on orders@lourene.co.uk for an approximate dispatch time for your chosen item, please include your order number.
Please note dispatch times are not the same as delivery times.
Lourene Ltd can not be held responsible for failure of a recipient to sign for a package, or for the package not being picked up from the local sorting office if an attempted delivery was made to the correct address and there was nobody there to sign for it.
POSTAGE COSTS
Postage and packing on orders are £2.95 for Recorded Signed For £5.95 for Special Delivery and £11.95 for International Worldwide
Our orders are sent by Royal Mail "Recorded Signed For" or "Special Delivery" to give you peace of mind with proof of postage and you can use online tracking to check the status of your order (your tracking number will be emailed at time of dispatch).
REFUNDS & RETURNS
In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your item, please contact me immediately on louise@lourene.co.uk within TWO days of receipt of your purchase.
As our items are made to order, we will offer you a refund minus a 30% re-stocking charge provided that you return the item/s within SEVEN days of receipt in the original packaging.
We are unable to provide refunds on items which have been altered or customised by changing crystal or pearl colours.
We will issue you with a Return Approval Number, which will cover the item/s mentioned in your email. Refunds will not be provided without a valid 'Return Approval Number'.
Please note that we CANNOT offer refunds on earrings for hygiene reasons.
Please note that all returns to us must be sent via Recorded delivery.
All return postage costs to be paid for by the customer.
No returns are accepted after 10 days
No refunds under any circumstances will be given for used item/s.
INTENDED USE
Risk in goods shall pass to the customer on delivery and Lourene Ltd shall not in any way be liable for any injury, harmful effects or consequential loss resulting from the application of any inappropriate use, inadequate care, neglect, process treatment or storage of goods after delivery.

This site is owned and operated by Lourene Ltd, designs and/or images found within this web site are NOT in the public domain. Materials from this site may NOT be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without prior written permission from Lourene Ltd. Any unauthorised use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil action.

Care has been taken in the compilation of this web site. The statements and information contained on this site are believed to be correct and are stated in good faith. However, Lourene Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience arising from inaccuracies.

As with all tiara and jewellery manufacturers, Lourene Ltd can not be held responsible for silver tarnishing whether sterling or plated. Plated items can and do wear exposing the base metal.
Lourene Ltd cannot be held responsible for any allergy, metal or otherwise arising from wearing our products.
Tiaras by their very nature are made of metal, have small objects or sharp parts.
As such these items are not suitable for unsupervised children, our items are not toys. They are made as adult hair accessories and are to be used in accordance with this purpose. Lourene Ltd accepts no responsibility for injury caused by the destruction, misuse, negligence or negligent supervision of any of our items.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
