CURRENT LEAD TIME FOR CUSTOM MADE ITEMS

Ready made items (when ordered alone) are sent within 4-5 days
Why is there a delivery waiting time on custom made items?
This applies to custom made items only as they are made to order and often come in a choice of over 50 crystal colours / 20 pearl shades plus many other customisable options. Ready made items such as some of our pendant & earring items (when ordered without the addition of any custom made items) are sent within a few days.
How do your items come packaged?
Our items are sent to you gift wrapped in the boutique-style boxes displayed on our homepage. As part of our service to you, we do not charge extra for additional gift boxes; so you can be sure your bridesmaid items will come gift wrapped separately.
Can I return an item if it's not right?
As our items are handmade to your requirements we are unable to offer a 'try before you buy' service.

Could you design something specific for me?
Due to our current lead times and the launch of our new website we are not presently able to accept new commissions.
I like "this" design but could I make a change to it?
If the alteration is small, we are normally able to accommodate these requests. However if the change is complex, this may be considered as a new design and therefore we would not be able to do this.
Do you have a shop or any stockists I can visit?
Unfortunately not at the moment... all our items are listed on our website
Can I change the crystal or pearl colours?
Yes, this is no problem. Please refer to our Swarovski colour chart where you can order complimentary crystal and pearl samples so that you can colour match these. We carry a wide range of Swarovski crystals and pearls which range in different shapes and they range in size from 4 - 8mm.
Could I have my jewellery made in 9ct gold? - there is no option to choose this
I offer many of my designs in 14ct gold filled and 9ct gold. Both of these options will be an extra cost - please email me before ordering for a quote.

Which pearls should I opt for?
This is one of the most common queries we get asked....
White Swarovski pearls
Man-made pearls by Swarovski. These are a soft snow white / very light ivory colour. They are often versatile with white and light ivory fabrics
Light Creamrose Swarovski pearls
Man-made pearls by Swarovski. These work best with mid - darker ivory dresses.
Freshwater Pearls
These vary in shade as they are a natural product and this is why we are unable to send out samples. They work with both white and ivory dresses and are not often not chosen to 'colour match' the dress, but usually chosen for personal preference over faux pearls.

What is the difference between 'Crystal Clear' crystals and 'Crystal AB' crystals?
Crystal clear crystals are perfectly clear and have the appearance of glass. They have subtle sparkle and sometimes favoured over the more sparkly 'Crystal AB' crystals for their sophistication.
Crystal AB crystals have a coating to one side of the crystal which gives them a beautiful sparkle. Perfect for those who love all things sparkly!
Please note we can add a mixture of the two crystals into most designs. If there is no option to select this in the drop down menu when ordering you can just simple email us and we will make a note of it on your order.
